Besides the events held at the downtown Los Angeles library, the culinary historians also run a regular series at the Pacific Palisades Library and other programs at different libraries, schools, and other institutions. There are a remarkable number of qualified speakers living in the greater Los Angeles area, and our speakers bureau assists in arranging programs on their behalf. A partial list is below as a PDF, though this may not be up-to-date because more are being added. If there is a topic that your group is interested in, we may be able to find someone to address it. Though some programs that involve culinary demonstrations and tastings may not be practical in a Zoom format, many of these may be presented online.
